SHIPPING RATES (UK ONLY)
• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £30
• Standard Shipping: £2.99 on orders £30 or under
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods, promotions, or stock replenishment, processing may take up to 5–10 business days.
Orders may be cancelled within the 30-minute grace period outlined in our Returns & Cancellation Policy, provided fulfilment has not yet begun.
Once an order has entered fulfilment processing, it cannot be modified or cancelled prior to dispatch.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Standard delivery typically takes 10–15 business days after dispatch.
In certain circumstances, delivery may take up to 30 days due to factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Stock availability
• Customs or border delays
• Global shipping disruptions
• Public holidays
• Carrier or logistics partner delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
These timeframes do not affect your statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law.

ORDER TRACKING
All orders are shipped using a trackable service.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier’s system.

SHIPPING PROTECTION (OPTIONAL)
Customers may optionally add Shipping Protection at checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping Protection provides expedited support and limited coverage for:
• Lost parcels
• Items damaged during transit
To submit a claim, please contact info@thewindfall.co.uk within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost items) and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos (for damaged items)
• A brief description of the issue
If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping Protection is non-refundable and applies to one approved claim per order.
Shipping Protection provides additional support but does not affect your statutory rights.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
• With Shipping Protection: follow the claim process above.
• Without Shipping Protection: we will assist in contacting the courier and investigating the issue.
Under UK consumer law, goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
• A re-shipping fee may apply, or
• A refund for the product price (excluding original shipping costs) may be requested, subject to our Returns & Cancellation Policy.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, it is the customer’s responsibility to:
• Contact the courier to arrange redelivery, or
• Collect the parcel from a designated pickup location where applicable.
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, the terms under Incorrect Address will apply.
