Windfall Shipping Policy

At Windfall, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently, securely, and on time. Please review the following shipping terms, which outline how we process, ship, and manage deliveries within the United Kingdom.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During high-demand periods (e.g. holidays or sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Once processing begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled, including shipping address changes.

  • Delays in payment verification may affect processing times.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (3–4 business days): £3.99

  • Next Day Delivery (order by 11 PM): £5.99

  • Express Delivery (before 12 PM): £7.99

  • FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £34.99

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, order volume, or courier performance.
Windfall is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather disruptions, or other events beyond our control.


Shipping Protection (£1.99 Optional)

Customers may choose to add Shipping Protection at checkout for a fee of £1.99. This add-on offers limited protection for:

  • Lost parcels

  • Stolen deliveries

  • Items damaged during transit

If Shipping Protection is purchased and a qualifying issue occurs, please email info@thewindfall.co.uk within 48 hours of the delivery date with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos (for damage claims)

  • A brief description of the issue

Each claim will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, a replacement item may be sent. Windfall reserves the right to deny claims if there is insufficient evidence or if the issue falls outside of protection coverage.

Note: Shipping Protection is non-refundable and only applies to one replacement per order.


Order Tracking

  • All orders are shipped with a trackable service.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.


Missed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • With Shipping Protection: See above section for coverage and claim steps.

  • Without Shipping Protection: Windfall is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once dispatched. You may be advised to file a claim with the courier.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned:

    • Additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order.

    • If redelivery is declined, the order will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Windfall is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful (e.g. no one is available to receive the parcel), it is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Contact the courier to arrange redelivery

  • Collect the parcel from a local depot or pickup point (if applicable)

International Shipping

At this time, Windfall only ships within the UK.
We do not currently offer international delivery.
